Reporting a problem with a recipe
Every recipe has a “Something not right?” link at the bottom that opens a feedback form. That's the quickest route for recipe extraction issues. It includes the recipe context automatically so we can investigate.
Billing & subscription questions
Subscription management lives in the Billing section of Settings. For billing disputes, duplicate charges, or refund exceptions, email support with your account email and the charge date. See our Refund Policy for the full list.
