TeAvon is a shared recipe app for households. Paste a link from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or a recipe website. Or upload a photo of a printed or handwritten card. TeAvon extracts the recipe, translates it into your preferred language, and saves it to your household's shared cookbook so everyone in the house has it on their phone.
What TeAvon does
Save recipes from anywhere on the web. Translate them into any of 41 languages with full right-to-left support for Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, and Urdu. Share with up to three household members on every plan, and connect with other households so a grandmother in one country and a daughter in another can share favourites without merging cookbooks. No public feed, no ads, no algorithm. TeAvon is private to you and the people you invite.
Who TeAvon is for
Families and households that cook together across languages, across countries, across generations. The app exists because a recipe shouldn't be locked inside one phone, in one language, in one social-media account. If you've ever screenshotted an Instagram reel and forgotten where you saved it, or struggled to share your grandmother's handwritten Hebrew recipe with your American partner, TeAvon is built for you.
How it works
Paste a URL or upload a photo. TeAvon's AI extracts the title, ingredients, steps, and timings from the source, translates them into your preferred language using a recipe-aware translation model, and saves the structured recipe to your household's shared cookbook. Every member sees every recipe on their own phone in their own language. Most ingestions complete in 10–60 seconds.

TeAvon is built and operated by Spendlitics LLC, a single-founder company in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. The product is funded by the founder; there is no venture capital, no acquisition target, no growth-at-all-costs mandate. TeAvon will exist as long as the founder maintains it, and is designed to be sustainable on subscription revenue alone.
